Priya was previously an Analyst at TCC Group on the Nonprofit Effectiveness team, and worked there since June 2017. TCC Group utilizes a depth of experience, creative thinking, and practical wisdom, as they partner with a wide range of organizations who are advancing social change. Priya was responsible for collecting data, developing analysis, and building intentional work plans. As a result of her involvement, TCC Group has revised their data collection processes to be more inclusive and reflective of all community stakeholders. She also managed projects from start to finish, ensuring that every meeting, deliverable, and initiative was properly prepared for and successfully executed. This work entailed maintaining and tracking timelines; developing and implementing best practices; identifying and analyzing areas of opportunity or challenge; and keeping all necessary stakeholders engaged.
At TCC Group, Priya worked with nonprofit organizations in the field of social justice, healthcare, harm-reduction, criminal justice, community building, and more.
